I still plan on using my ESU ECoS Command Station (although I had to get a new transformer as my previous one appeared to have a dodgy connection) and DCC Concepts Cobalt IP Digital point motors from the old layout but as mentioned in the lessons I learned I will be trying to make the wiring a bit neater and easier to do. Again as mentioned, I will not be soldering anything but I won’t be using the Scotchlocks to connect the droppers to the bus wire this time. I’m going to try using these terminal blocks as recommended by Charlie at Chadwick Model Railway on YouTube and connect the dropper wires using crimped on fork/spade connectors.
